Job Description:
Analyze day to day samples of raw materials, packaging material, in process/finished products, stability/validation samples as per specifications. Execute analytical method transfers.
Conduct laboratory instruments calibrations; Conduct Preventive maintenance program for laboratory instruments.
Handle inventory management in the laboratory and execute assigned work activities as per samples plan. Record and review analytical data and carry out investigation of laboratory incidents,
Involve in resolution of laboratory issues/concerns with respect to methods, inter-job work issues, market complaints analysis
Review and follow on-line documentation practices and participate in internal audits
Identify the raw herbs
Maintaining BMR & other production checks
Maintenance of cleanliness of production and floor and machineries involved
Knowledge of analytical techniques, calibration and qualification requirements for lab instruments, GMP Practices
Experience-- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry

Qualification- graduate degree in Chemistry / Pharmacy
