Interview for Senior Research Fellow, Scientist, Junior Research Fellow in NIRRH

National Institute for Research in Reproductive Health (NIRRH), formerly known as Institute for Research in Reproduction is a premier research institute of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).

Applications are invited through Walk-in-Interview on 09-05-2014 between 09:00 hrs. and 12:00 hrs. for the following vacancy under Non-Institutional ad-hoc project.

Post:  Senior Research Fellow, Scientist, Junior Research Fellow

Title of projects: 1. "Preclinical studies using human ES cells derived Cardio-vascular Tripotent Progenitors".
Sr. Research Fellow  (SRF)
Stipend:  Rs. 18000/- + 30% HRA  &  Rs. 20000/- p.m. + 30% HRA  (for medical)
Essential qualification:  M.Sc. (Life Science) with two years research experience  Or  M. Pharm/M. V. Sc.

Title of projects: 2. "Preclinical studies using human ES cells derived islet Progenitors".
Scientist ‘C’  (Non- Medical)
Consolidated Salary:  Rs. 42,180/-  +  Rs. 6660/- HRA
Essential qualification:  First class Master’s degree in Life Sciences from a recognized university with 4 years R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject after 1st Class Master’s Degree.
Or
Second class M.Sc + Ph.D degree in the above subject from a recognized University with 4 years R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject after M.Sc + Ph.D.

Jr. Research Fellow (JRF)
Consolidated Salary:  Rs. 16000/- +  Rs. 4800/- HRA
Essential qualification:  M.Sc. degree holders in Life Sciences who have qualified in the CSIR/UGC National Entrance test (NET) or equivalent examination and have a valid certificate.

Duration:  Upto  14-09-2014

Candidates must bring along with them all the relevant documents in original and one set of attested photocopies of the same and one passport size recent colour photograph.
