Job Description:
Reading patents related to life sciences industry
Identifying the keywords and performing technology reserach on various databases of patent offices around world
Writing patentability opinion for international clients in US and EU
Conducting infringement and validity patent search
Cordinating with patent office and client office for patent prosecution of applications

Desired Candidate Profile:
Good Understanding of biotechnology and biochemistry
Able to read long patent documents
Good scientific and analytical skills
Knowledge of patent laws of India, US and Europe
Patent searching and Patent Analytics
Able to work on computer - internet research, MS - Excel, MS-Word etc.
Selected students will undergo self financed 2 months training program and on securing minimum 75% marks and 90% attendance will be given job.
