Walk­ in interview for the post of Ayurveda Physician & Pharmacist at ESIC Hospital, Parippally on 6 months contract basis or till the posts are filled up on regular basis whichever is earlier. Accordingly, the eligible candidates fulfilling the qualifications / eligibility conditions as under should appear for a walk­ in­ interview with their application along with original certificates and one set of attested photocopy of the relevant documents in support of age, qualification, attempt, mark sheet, MCI/State Registration, category & experience certificate etc. and two recent passport size photograph.

Qualification: B. Pharm (Ayurveda)

Remuneration: Rs. 8000/- per month
Age limit: Not exceeding 35 years as on 23.12.2014 relaxable for SC, ST & OBC as per rules
Date & Time of interview: 23.12.2014 02.00 pm

Application fee : By  Demand Draft for Rs. 250/­ (Rs. 50/­ in case of SC/ST) drawn in favour of 'ESI Fund Account No. 1' payable at SBI Parippally, Branch. No application fee in case of female candidates. Fee once paid will not be refunded. Successful applicants will have to execute an agreement in the prescribed format, please contact the hospital during working hours.
