Job Description:
1. Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
2. Searching resumes in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc)
3. Matching the profile of the candidate as per the job description.
4. Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
5. Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
6. Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidate s experience and requirement.
7. Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position.
8. Arranging client interviews and completing required paper work if candidate gets selected for the position.
9. Acting as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.
10. Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
