The eligible candidates for the
post of Pharmacist can download the prescribed Application Form from below
& are requested to attend the Walk-In-Interview on the above mention
scheduled date with filled up application form, attested Xerox copy of all
testimonials and all original certificates & mark sheet for verification.
The registration will be between 10
AM to 11.30 AM in the
venue site. The late comers will not be entrained for registration. Candidates
applying for multiple posts are instructed to apply in separate application
form, only the residence certificates issued by the Tahasildar within the
period last six months for the purpose of service will be taken in to
consideration. Preference will be given to the candidate belong to Keonjhar
district. The undersigned has reserved the right to select/cancel/modification
of the selection without assigning any reason thereof.
Eligibility Criteria
• Diploma in Pharmacy courses passed from any of 3 (three) Govt. Medical Colleges of the state or from any other AICTE/Pharmacy Council of India approved institution & having registration in the Odisha Pharmacy council.
• Candidate belonging to the same district will be given priority in engagement.
• The candidate should be under 32 years and over 21 years of age as on 01-02-2014 and the upper age limit as prescribed will be relax able only for the categories mentioned below.
• Up to maximum of 5 yrs if a candidate belongs to SC/ST.
• Up to maximum of 3 years in the case of candidates to SEBC
• Up to maximum of 10 years in case of Physical Challenged candidates.
