Applications in the prescribed format are invited from the eligible candidates for the following positions:

Post: Pharmacist- 01

Salary: Rs. 5200-20200/- + GP 2800/-

Qualification:
1. Passed 10+2 examination from a recognized Board or University.
2. Registered as Pharmacist/Compounder under clause C of section 31 or under section 32 of Pharmacist Act-1948.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS & ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
1. Applicants must apply on prescribed form available on the University website. Applications received in any other form than prescribed form will be rejected.
2. The envelope should be super-scribed as “Application for the post of ……………………..”.
3. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview. The University reserves its right to limit of the total number of candidates to be called for interview.
4. Short-listing the candidates to be called for interview.
5. The University reserves the right to withdraw any advertised post at any time without assigning any reason. The right is also reserved with the University either to fill or not to fill the post and its decision, in this regard shall be final.
6. Relaxation of 5% marks (from 55% to 50%) will be provided at the eligibility level in the case of SC/ST/Person with Disability candidates as per rule.
7. Application should be accompanied with a non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- or Rs. 250/-(SC/ST & PWD) drawn in favour of Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, drawn at Central Bank of India, Branch-Lalpur (IGNTU) IFSC code CBIN 0284695.
8. Those who have applied earlier in response to the advertisement No. Advt./646/2013 dated 18.05.2013 need not to apply again but may send their latest documents/ testimonials.
9. The application duly filled in the prescribed form must reach the office on or before 30.06.2014 at the below given address. Applications received after this date shall not be included in the selection process.

11. Applicants serving in Government/Semi-Government organizations/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies must send their applications “Through Proper Channel”. However, an advance copy of application may be sent followed by the original application through proper channel.
12. The age of superannuation for all the post shall be as per UGC norms.
13. Candidates shall have to produce original documents at the time of appearing in Interview with a passport size photograph and a set of Xerox copy of certificates.
14. Canvassing in any form may lead to cancellation of candidature.
15. Incomplete applications or without relevant supporting enclosures (self attested copies of degree/certificates/marks sheets/experience certificate, etc.) will be outrightly rejected.
