Job Description
Pharmacy In-charge is responsible for:
1. Stock: orders, availability of all items, updating, and quantity match with computer entry, challans and bill entry, all sale bills, check and segregate expiry and less moving products time to time. Keep adding new items to the stock.
2. Sale: develop new ways to increase sale, proper customer interaction, solve customer problems, distribute cards and flyers to nearby areas etc
3. Staff : Duty roaster of staff, keep a track of their leaves, in case of leave arrange replacements, address to staff issues, train them
4. Shortage: Write down the complete shortage of items by computer and check manually and write the company name in front of items clearly for the assistance pharmacy to understand next morning.
5. Payments: track and fill the payment sheet, track pending bills and inform us from time to time for payments.
6. Merchandising : responsible for general cleanliness, merchandising of items, display and positioning
7. Prescription Refills: Track the orders of the regular customers and call them for medicine refills
8. Provide Reports:
9. Take responsibility, solve problems, lead the team politely and ethically, Be an example for others.

We are looking forward for qualified Pharmacopoeial Associates (20 Nos.) in different projects on contract basis having Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences/Chemistry/ Bio-chemistry/Microbiology or equivalent. Applications are invited from male/female Indian citizens to fill up the following posts of group “B” and “C” non ministerial, non gazetted, combatised paramedical staff in CRPF on all India basis. The posts are temporary but likely to become permanent:

Post: Assistant Sub-Inspector (Pharmacist)

Scale of pay: PB-1 Rs.5200- 20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2800/- (Group-C)

Education qualification: 
1. Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board or University; and
2. Two years Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy granted by an institution of the Central Govt. or State Govt or an institution recognized by the Central Govt. or State Govt; and
3. Should be registered as a “Pharmacist” under the Pharmacy Act 1948(8 of 1948).

Age: General/UR Category – 20 years to 25 years, OBC category – 20 years to 28 years, and SC/ST Category – 20 years to 30 years as on 01/08/2014.

EXAMINATION FEE
