National Health Mission invites B. Pharma/ D. Pharma as Pharmacist, EMT - total 11 posts

It is brought to the kind attention of authorities that following posts are vacant in Office of Civil Surgeon Sirsa in different schemes. If the authorities permit then below posts may be published:

Eligibility & Experience:

ESSENTIAL
- 10+2 with Science (Physics & Chemistry). Diploma in Pharmacy from Recognized Institute.
- Registered as Pharmacist with Haryana Pharmacy Council under section 31 (a) or 31 (c) or 32 (a) of the Pharmacy act, 1948 as applicable to Haryana State.
AGE LIMIT: up to 55 years.
DESIRABLE:
1. Computer proficiency with familiarity of Data management and commonly used packages like MS word, Power Point and Excel etc. Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric standard.
2. EXPERIENCE: 2 year of experience as Pharmacist in reputed organization.

Registered B. Pharma/ D. Pharma/ GNM/ B.Sc. Nursing. Preference will be given to Male Candidates & those who have done BLS certification course of AHA. Age not more than 45 years.

NOTE for GNM’s/ AYUSH/MO/Pharmacist: Should be registered with Haryana State Nursing Council/ Medical Council of India (In respective trades)/State/Central Pharmacy Council of India.

General Instructions: Fee for application form is 100/- Rupees
- Experience preferably from Govt/Semi Govt. is valid. (Relevant experience will only be considered with a valid pay certificate)
- Candidates belonging to Distt. Sirsa will be given preference. Only Resident certificate issued by competent authority will be valid. ( Ration Card, Voter Card and Driving Licence will not be considered as proof of residence)
- Original Documents will be verified at the time of Interview.
- Walk-in-Interview will be held on the above said dates in the office of Civil Surgeon Sirsa and the application forms will be accepted from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM on that day.
- Computer & Proficiency test/Screening test will be conducted for all posts except for Medical Officer & Specialist where only computer test will be taken.
- Screening test will be taken if large no. of candidates apply, to short list candidates up to 4- 5 times of vacancies.
- For post of Staff Nurse Candidates should apply for specific CHC/PHC/General Hospital. If not applied specifically, form will be rejected.
- Candidates can apply for only one post.
- Candidates who are already employed will have to submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employers without N.O.C the form will be rejected.
- Important Notice to all Candidates – any sort of canvassing or influencing the officials related to selection and recruitment process would result in immediate disqualification of the candidate.
