Walk in interview for Pharmacist (MHU Kuntra & Fashimal) in Office of the CDMO, Sambalpur

Walk-in –interview for filling up of the following posts will be held on as per the following schedule which is purely on contractual basis under NHM for a period of 11months or completion of the project whichever is earlier in Sambalpur District. Candidates selected shall be paid monthly remuneration & such other allowances/incentives as admissible under the norms of the society.

Post: Pharmacist (MHU Kuntra & Fashimal)

Consolidated Remuneration (Rs.): Rs. 5200/- per month

Eligibility (Qualification): Diploma in Pharmacy. Preference will be given to the candidates belong to the concern block.

Age: Maximum age 32 years and minimum age is 18 year.

Date of interview: 31.07.2014 At 10.30 am (Registration time 10 am to 11 am)

Interested candidate fulfilling the eligibility criteria mentioned above are required to attend the walk-in-interview in the office of CDMO, Sambalpur as per the date & time mentioned against each post. The candidates should register their name before half an hour of scheduled time, failing which their candidature will not be entertained. The candidates are required to bring the filled in application form along with all their original certificates in support of their educational qualification, age, experience certificate, attested photograph & one set of attested photocopies of the same. The candidate should not have been disengaged from the society on administrative ground such as disobedience, misbehavior, poor performance, criminal activity prior to applying for the post.
