In 2001, Dr. Devi Shetty Chairman - Narayana Health stepped in to make a difference to the Indian healthcare and he put into place a dream hospital project called Narayana Hrudayalaya that started modestly with 225 beds in Bangalore and went on to become a Health City with 3000 beds currently.
