The Public Service Commission was constituted under the provisions of the  Constitution of India on 18-05-1951. In accordance with the provisions of clause 14 of the Public Service Commission Regulations 1950, the staff of the Public Service Commissioner as it stood  on 18-05-1951, was continued as the nucleus of the staff of the Public Service Commission.

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-40 years. Age relaxation as per the rules.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and M.Pharm Degree in Pharmacognosy with First Class

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Kannada Language Test.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs. 300/- for General, Category 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B and Rs. 25/- for SC, ST, Physically Handicapped, Ex-MP-Ex-Military Persons.
