Candidate Profile

·         Degree qualified in biological or clinical field or in software development
·         5 years’ experience in clinical data management and proven people leadership positions
·         Previous experience from a CRO, or a mixture of Pharmaceutical and CRO experience
·         Ability to think strategically, identify clear plans that align with corporate goals and drive growth
·         Prior experience in planning, managing and directing complex projects, budgets and resources is required
·         Must be able to set and meet, for self and team, timelines or be able to recognize and schedule changes in response to project demands.
·         Strong attention to detail and skill with numbers
·         Excellent interpersonal skills including problem solving are essential
