Advertisement for the post of EMT, Pharmacist in NRHM - Walk in | 18 Posts

The Union Cabinet vide its decision dated 1st May 2013 has approved the launch of National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) as a Sub-mission of an over-arching National Health Mission (NHM), with National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) being the other Sub-mission of National Health Mission.

- Valid registration with the pharmacy council of Haryana.
Computer proficiency with familiarity of Data Management and commonly used packages like MS Word, Power Point & Excel Desirable : post qualification experience Minimum 2 years of work experience Knowledge of Hindi Age Maximum up to 40 years.
Salary in Rs.: 11900/-
Remarks: On contractual basis in additional MHT

NOTE for GNM’s/ AYUSH/MO/Pharmacist:
Should be registered with Haryana State Nursing Council/ Medical Council of India (In respective trades)/State/Central Pharmacy Council of India.

General Instructions:
Reservation as per Haryana Govt. Rules. It is mandatory for staff to maintain HQ and resides at the Place of Posting. No separate call Letters will be issued for Interview. No TA/DA will be paid for Interview. No. of Posts may increase or decrease.
* Experience preferably from Govt/Semi Govt. is valid. (Relevant experience will only be considered with a valid pay certificate)
* Age as per Haryana govt. rules
* Candidates belonging to Distt. Sirsa will be given preference. Only Resident certificate issued by competent authority will be valid. ( Ration Card, Voter Card and Driving Licence will not be considered as proof of residence)
* Original Documents will be verified at the time of Interview.
* Walk-in-Interview will be held on the above said dates in the office of Civil Surgeon Sirsa and the application forms will be accepted from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM on that day.
* Computer & Proficiency test/Screening test will be conducted for all posts except for Medical Officer where only computer test will be taken.
* Screening test will be taken if large no. of candidates apply, to short list candidates upto 4- 5 times of vacancies.
* For post of Staff Nurse Candidates should apply for specific CHC/PHC/General Hospital. If not applied specifically, form will be rejected. Candidates can fill Only one application form for a post.
* Candidates who are already employed will have to submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employers Form without N.O.C the form will be rejected.
