The Technical Trainer is responsible for the following:
* The incumbent will be responsible conducting Product and soft skills training.
* Develop and maintain training & Personal development plan for employees.
* Roll out Training calendar and co-ordinate.
* Monitoring performance of employees post training and ensure organizational targets are achieved.
* Should be conversant with Kannada language applicable to the location.
