International Conferences on "Global Trends in Pharmaceutical & Clinical Practices" in Teerthanker Mahaveer University

Teerthanker Mahaveer University is a Jain Minority State Private University established by Act No. 30 of 2008 of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and has been approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956. The university is located on National Highway-24 and is barely 144 Kms from National Capital, New Delhi. The University stands committed to the ideals of Lord Mahaveer i.e. Right Philosophy, Right Knowledge, and Right Conduct in all its operations and aspires to be recognized as an ultimate destination for world-class education.
Conference Objectives
AN INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON “GLOBALTRENDS IN PHARMACEUTICALAND CLINICAL PRACTICES” aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research outcomes on all aspects of Pharmaceutical Sciences. It also provides the premier interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary forum for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most relevant innovations and trends, concerned with the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences and chemical practices.

Abstract Submission:
Abstract should be in Times New Roman, title should be in bold case (font size 14) full names of the authors followed with their affiliation in normal font (font size 12), not exceeding 250 words. Presenting authors name should be bold and marked with a strick (*) along with e-mail & phone no. Only soft copy of the abstract should be sent by mail on or before 31/12/2014 to-

Oral/Poster Presentation Guidelines
Oral presentations:
Oral presentations cannot exceed 10 minutes (including 2 minutes for discussion). There will be a timer on the podium as a reminder of where you are in the presentation. Please be advised that presentations exceeding the limit will be cut off by the moderators in the interest of time. Practicing your presentation will prevent this from happening.
Presenters do not have to bring their own computer. There will be a Windows based laptop computer that will be available in the session room. Your presentations (Microsoft Power Point only) will be accepted in CDROM or USB Flash Drive form. Computers will be provided to upload presentations and test them in the meeting room.

Poster presentations:
Posters will be displayed throughout the duration of the conference (from Feb 6th to Feb 7th). We encourage that each poster be formatted to fit a maximum size of standard A0-format (80x 120 cm) in portrait orientation. Materials to secure posters to the boards will be provided.
The title and authors must appear at the top of the poster. We recommend the use of a font size legible from a distance of 2 meters. For presentation, A4 size papers are not allowed.

Note
- All registered candidates for the conference are eligible for participation in Oral or Poster Presentation and will receive certificate of attendance.
- Best poster & best Oral Presentation in each category will be awarded with certificates of appreciation.
- Selection Process: The Scientific Committee will review all submissions and decide on the abstracts to be short¬listed for Oral & Poster Presentations. Acceptance will be notified via email. The decision of Scientific Committee would be the final.

International Conference 11-12th October 2014 Frontiers in Pharmaceutical Science & Research at Columbia Institute of Pharmacy

Columbia Institute of Pharmacy is promoted by Janpragati Education Society (JPES). It is managed by duly constituted Governing Body. The Institute was established in 2006 07. The motto was to impart value based education in the field of Pharmacy. The Institute is currently running B. Pharma (120 seats) & M. Pharm. (Pharmaceutics & Pharmacology 18 seats each) courses. It is an approved research center for Ph.D course, approval granted by Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai (C.G). Columbia Institute of Pharmacy has a beautiful campus at Tekari, 4 km from Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly (Vidhan Sabha).

About the seminar
The challenges to healthcare have been constantly changing due to the alteration in life style. It is certain that presently available drugs are gradually losing their therapeutic activity due to several factors. Hence, search for newer molecules is going to be a constant endeavour to ensure due health to general public. Another approach to achieve good healthcare is to modify few properties of available drugs and design new dosage forms.

International Conference on ‘Drug Resistance, Development, Pharmaceutical Technology & Outcomes’ (DRDPTO-2014) in Chitkara University

In the year 2002, Chitkara Educational Trust established its Punjab campus 30 kilometers from Chandigarh, on the Chandigarh–Patiala National Highway. In the year 2010 Chitkara University was established by the Punjab State Legislature under “The Chitkara University Act”. Chitkara University, the best university in Punjab is a government-recognized university with the right to confer degrees as per the Sections 2(f) and 22(1) of the UGC Act, 1956.

National Conference on Advances in Drug Design, Discovery and Development 24 to 25 July, 2014 at Anna University

Bharathidasan Institute of Technology (BIT) has been established as a Technical Institute under Anna University, Chennai by the Government of Tamil Nadu and recently sponsored with Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP) grant. It offers a variety of UG, PG and research programmes with an approximate of 3000 students in the campus.

NATIONAL FACILITY FOR DRUG DEVELOPMENT
The Department established “National Facility on Drug Development for Academic Institutions, Pharmaceutical and Allied industries” with the support of Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi with an array of State-of-the-art research facility including LC-MS-MS, FT-IR, HPLC, UPLC, HPTLC, Airway Mechanical Analyzer, Animal Anesthetizer, Multimode Reader, Inverted Fluorescent Microscope and many related small equipment.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE (NCADDD)
Most of the Pharmaceutical and Life Science Education & Research are focused with applications in drug design, discovery & development and requires constant updating and practice. This conference on NCADDD is specially tailor made for the Pharmaceutical, Life-Science Educators and Researchers for enriching and enlighten themselves with Recent Advances in Drug Design, Discovery and Development with demonstration or hands-on training sessions. The spectrum of topics chosen to be delivered by eminent experts in the field would be beneficial to career aspirants, researchers and beginners. Research articles related to the theme of the conference may be presented as poster. Abstract of presentation not exceeding 250 words may be submitted through email on or before 7.7.2014. Best posters would be rewarded.
